We are a well established preschool with 30+ years under our belt, We have friendly experienced and well qualified staff who will ensure your children are well cared for and given all the available opportunities to meet their needs during their early years.

REGISTERED ON EARLY YEARS REGISTER TO CARE FOR 30 children aged 2 - 5 years

We have cars, bikes, scooters, climbing frame, tents, hula hoops, climbing blocks, and a sand pit etc..

We also take part in learning about all cultures from round the world and encourage parents to tell us things that they celebrate in their home countries.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

St Johns Pre-school is set in a large, bright hall and has a safe and secure outside garden with all weather surfacing. The staff to child ratio is above Ofsted requirements and all staff have long experience in childcare and early years. The manager and deputy supervisor have level 4 qualifications and the supervisor and 4 staff members have level 3 qualifications. All staff have current first aid certificates, the SENCO and some members of staff are trained in PECs and TEECH systems, we also have experience with Autistic children. Staff use BSL, Makaton and Signs for Success in the setting

The children will be provided with fresh fruit and biscuits and a choice of milk or water at snack time, they will have a choice of many fruits and parents are welcome to bring some to add to our fruit bowl if they wish.
